Thermal Imaging

Reveals more than the Eyes can when inspecting a home like;

 Missing or not insolated areas

Poorly insolated areas

Ducts that are poorly or not isolated

Leaking ducts

Doors and windows leaking

Water spots or leaks

Electric components over heating

The home inspector can scan large areas fast with a thermal camera giving you a Detailed Home Inspection

This is a photo of a Electrical panel

with a warm breaker that should be checked for proper amp draw.

The Blue area is moisture from a roof or flashing leak above a window.

There was no stained sheetrock to see above this window!

 I can't see through the walls but it helps me to see inside of them for insolation and water issues.
